Buford & Buford was originally organized in 1985 when Floyd M. Buford, Jr. entered into practice with his father Floyd M. Buford, Sr. Mr. Buford, Sr. had a previously served as a United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations in the 1960's. During that time, Floyd M. Buford, Sr. prosecuted some of the most significant criminal and civil rights cases in the South during that era.
After the passing of Mr. Buford, Sr., Floyd M. Buford, Jr. continued on with the firm. The firm has been renamed Floyd Buford, Attorney at Law, but many things remain the same. We are proud to carry on the traditions of excellence in representation and superior service to our community that was begun more than a quarter century ago. We firmly believe that our success has come from the successful resolutions that we have been able to achieve for our clients over those many years.
